It was a spontaneous idea to join my fellow photography enthusiast friends for a trip to Yogyakarta and Solo, Indonesia. We called ourselves "Photomate". We are the people who love travelling, taking photographs, jokes around, and of course enjoying nice food. The trip was quite short, from 19 May 2017 until 21 May 2017. At that time, I asked myself, "Am I crazy flying to Yogyakarta just to hang out and taking photographs?". However, apparently it turns out to be a great short weekend getaway.

So, there are 5 of us, 2 girls and 3 guys, and not to forget our guide Een (aka Endang Tonari), Linda and myself, who live in Singapore. Rey and Jerry from Surabaya and Robert from Batam. We didn't have a fixed schedule, but we have already had in mind where we want to go and of course what we want to eat! Now, I just want to share some of the photographs I took during this trip. It was a learning trip, where I can learn from others some techniques. I still have to improve a lot. But I was very pleased that one of my photo was featured in Leica Singapore Instagram and Facebook. This motivated me to take better pictures in the future. Hope you enjoys my photos :)
